Do you think she could be a roo?

Hello!
We got 3 little chicks to start our flock from our local feed store. The odds were supposedly 90% they'd be a hen. This girl, Orange Chicken, is supposed supposed be an Ameraucana. She doesn't seem to be the head hen, but does enjoy chasing away wild birds, is very cautious and curious about new things in the coop, and seems to challenge and fluff up towards the other girls. Could she be a roo?

How old? I'm guessing pullet... she looks maybe 6-8 weeks old or so, correct?

Yeah, she is just a hair over 8 weeks

You've already been answered, but just wanted to chime in to say I agree; she's an Easter Egger pullet. My EE was also labelled as an "Ameraucana," but she's from a feed store who sources from a hatchery that clearly sells Easter Eggers, also known as "Americanas" per their website, but not real Ameraucanas.
