DO YOU WASH & REFRIGERATE YOUR EGGS?-

Pics
I refrigerate the eggs unless I'm gonna incubate them. I don't have control over how old the eggs are before I use them, so it make me feel safe. The gooey ones gets boiled and served to the dogs or back to the chickens. Have too many eggs anyway, so don't bother washing and cleaning.
I sell my eggs to coworkers and I was and refrigerate. I know washing takes the bloom off and I refrigerate mainly for convenience and safety off the egg. My cat pushes everything off the counter when I'm not home. I understand that eggs are not washed or refrigerated in Europe and when my sister lived there milk was not pasteurized either, her kids got really sick.

Dunno where in Europe your sister was (it's, like, 40 countries), but in my country milk is pasteurized, it's up to each producer if they want to wash/rinse eggs for sale or not, and people usually put their eggs in the fridge.
