I have a little Silkie cross rooster who takes it very personally if I don't feed everyone on time. He is the only bird I've ever known who expresses resentment with a shark bite. Not a peck or a nip: he clamps onto some convenient exposed part like an elbow or an ankle, and twists it from side to side like a crocodile trying to disembowel its prey. Cries of "OWWW" elicit no mercy. Now that I am thoroughly covered in fabric, though, I think he finds it disheartening. It's hard to punish me properly through my winter clothes.
He is 100% my buddy as long as the food arrives on schedule...
