Do your chickens peck at your shoes and clothes?

Thanks everyone, for your replies! Good to know this is such normal behavior. I guess I'll avoid pink hoodies (oh, I don't have a rooster!) and I'll leave the false eyelashes inside. I don't mind the pecking, but I hate it when the try to stand in the pooper scooper, and all the poop falls out and I have to pick it up again!

Yup! I've had them peck at my pretty little red toenails just like Fishkeeper. Took me a while to catch on that it was the color that attracted them. They also like to peck at a particular pair of shoes that has some small metal studs.

Someone advised me not to let them show aggression to me but I don't think it's aggression at all. It's things that look like potential food or what they want to investigate 'cause closed-toe shoes without studs solves the problem.

You're very smart and absolutly correct! It is no more agressive than a high five is. Sometimes folks dig deep for answers when it is just floating on top.;)
