You may need to have physical therapy at some point. Some have suggested chiropractors, but I would not try to see anyone without the MRI first.
ALot more harm than good can come out of trying things unless you know what the problem is.
Before my surgery, the doctors had sent me to a chiropractor and physical therapists and all without ordering one test first.
They just send you off somewhere so they don't have to be bothered.
I had alot more harm done than good seeing these people.
I have had 3 back surgeries so far and like I said, permanent damage has been done.
My last surgery was a spinal fusion where they went through my abdomen to operate on my back.
It was a horrible experience, blood transfusion, infection etc.
If someone had listened to me in the beginning or if I had been more adimant and refused to take no for an answer I wouldn't be where I am today.
But it is easy to get intimidated by healthcare professionals.
I felt terrible everytime I left the chiropractor, as it turns out I had 3 ruptured discs and he was aggravating it.
A test would have prevented that.
I haven't slept through the night in 7 years because of back pain and I live with it everyday.
I have to deal with it because I am done with people messing with my back.
But you can be proactive right now, tests and maybe therapy may be all you need if you catch it early enough.
