Thank you so much for posting this question and to all of those who answered!! I have been searching for pictures showing the same thing and haven't been able to find anything until now. Very helpful!!
 
These pics are from about 10-12 weeks. I tried to get a variety of pictures :) Great idea for a thread, you can sex by saddles much earlier than many think. I could do it by 10 weeks with super slow to mature Brahmas and English Orpingtons, so I suspect for most breeds you could do it at least a week earlier. All you have to do is lift the feathers on that back to search for the saddles emerging. It's super hard to get a good picture because it takes both your hands, but I tried to include one of what it looks like. A good rule of thumb is to look for any super shiny feathers.

Hi! Are these pointed? EE/Ayam Cemani mix. Small black comb and no waddles yet. 10 weeks old
