Does anyone know what kind of chicken this is and if it’s going to become a cockerel?

All the help possible please! Is this a cockerel or a hen? It’s 5/6 weeks old I haven’t heard it make sound. I’m also wondering if anyone knows what breed of chicken he/she is? Thanks in adavnace y’all

Cockerel, that's a male specific pattern. I'd say it's a Brown Leghorn. Maybe a Welsummer.
