Does he stand a chance?

Ah Ok! A friend whose done hatches said white was dry and advised helping him. I originally was gonna leave him under mama but she Saud to help. And the shell is so broken I was afraid she would just crush him. Does it matter that the yolk was coming out a bit? I couldn't imagine carrying a duck in my pants lol if I can borrow an incubator should I put him in it?

If you can borrow an incubator, that would be better to keep stable temp and proper humidity, if not, you work with what you got, lol! Sorry, was thinking of the pants again, lol...

Are you certain it was yolk? Many think some hatching goo that looks just like yolk but isn't... if it was, that's not a good sign, but nothing you can do at this time...

It looked like yolk... this is my first hatch though so I'm not positive, where it seeped has bright orange red seepage since then whereas the blood by the bill hole is dark. The membrane around the spot where I thought yolk seeped is brown even with the vaseline

Vaseline will make the membrane clear, you want that so you can see if there's veins in the inner membrane still... just keep the vaseline clear of the bill so it doesn't clog his nares... I think that's just the outer membrane you have showing? I can't tell if the bit of remnants around the original hole is yolk or not... duckling sounds strong though! All you can do is your best and hope for the best...

The outer membrane is still around most but the bill hole which is the inner membrane, should I remove the outer membrane on top so I can keep Vaseline on the inner membrane? Also what temp should the incubator be? I borrowed a little giant but I've never used one before

Yes, at this point I would carefully remove at least enough of the outer membrane to lube the inner one well... the inner one is the important one to keep moist...

Does the LG have a fan or not? If it has a fan, temp should be anywhere from 98-100 for hatching or 98-102 if no fan... get it running and make sure temp is fairly stable before moving the egg into it...

Little one was peeping loudly when I went to bed last night, we chatted every hour or so. But when I woke this morning he had died one of the ones under mom externally pipped today so, 3 others have internally pipped. Sad to see someone who was so so close pass away
