Does this comb indicate a roo?

This chick is 4 weeks old and its comb is growing in pretty big. Not sure if this is an indicator that its a roo or not.

Not necessarily unless you have more of the same breed and the same age to compare to.
Some Mediterranean breed pullets grow combs pretty fast.
I have a Rock I was convinced was a pullet cause his comb wasn't/isn't growing much but his feathers are telling me he's a cockerel.

Yes, that's a cockeral. At four weeks old, a pullet would not have that large or red of a comb. Even if it was a leghorn, it would be a roo with it being so red.
