Does this look like Wry Neck?

HELP! This is my 6 1/2 week old Easter Egger. This came on extremely suddenly. She was fine and running around and about 30 minutes later she was very lethargic. Hanging her head down. Last night she was standing with head. Today just laying there. Wont eat or drink. Have not seen her poop. She eats Scratch and Peck starter grower feed. Have sav-a- chick and regular water in the coop at all times. It's hot where i live right now (80-90s)

History: The stray dog attached again on Sunday, getting in the run and creating havoc. This chicken was fine after the attach. Only last night, Wednesday, did this start.

I am starting vitamin E. Looking for opinions on what this could be if not Wry Neck. I really dont want to loose her but I dont want her to suffer either. Thanks!

I would try to get fluids into her and start the Vitamin E (400IU once a day) along with 1/4 tablet B-Complex.
