If there are already maggots I’d start on then now or tomorrow there will be more. Just don’t let her drink the ES water it’s also a laxative

I can try for sure tomorrow and also check her over, I did find them odd and wasn't sure what they were. Perhaps they are, to be honest I didn't get quite as thorough of a look over that wound area (they were right above the wound where the maggots are) the night I got her but the day after they were mostly covered by feathers so I didn't notice them much until I began to really clean her out because of the maggots.Maybe you could get a better picture of those feathers when you have the chance, the only thing I could think of would be external parasites egg deposits which are typically found along the feather shaft. But from the picture, they don't resemble the ones I've seen over the years. It's worth checking her over for any external parasites though, around the vent and under the wings is where they usually hide. Maybe they could be maggot eggs?
They're made of individual, tiny little rice-shaped (but smaller than rice) yellowish pieces? They are kind of hard but easy to squish. They broke apart pretty easy if I touched them or when I cut them out. I feel badly I neglected asking about them until now but I was so worried about the maggots it left my head to ask. What does it feel like those things you cut out? I’m not sure actually @MasterOfClucker any ideas. Your going to have to make sure you get all those maggots out they will eat her. Sounds like you’ve done great so far. You might be able to take warm water mixed with epsom salt and us a basting tube and squirt into those wounds if you don’t want to soak her each time. Make the water pretty salty so it really gets those maggots out of the wounds.
Thank you for the warning, I am now feeling guilty and terrible for not getting every single one I saw this evening out, but now it's too late and quite dark to work on her. I wake up a little before 7 so I will do it first thing tomorrow morning. I'm trying my best and I know I'm making mistakes but I'm giving it my all.You need to get all of the maggots and eggs off of her tonight, not tomorrow. This is a life-threatening condition.
