Penicillin is a good one if you want to give a systemic antibiotic prophilactically, but won't kill all bacteria. I'm not really sure what all you have access to over-the-counter. I wouldn't pack the wound with a creamy topical, as it's thick and can keep it from draining like it needs to. Just clean it with betadine solution (diluted) and rinse with water (preferably sterile) twice a day for 3 days and keep her little bandage on as long as it's clean. The spray you're using is fine...it won't fight infection, but should help with the inflammation. The aspirin is good, but don't give it more than a few days, as it can cause animals to bleed into their GI tract (and other places) if given too much or for too long. It seems like you're doing a good job so far, so just keep it up and try to make sure she stays hydrated. Keep me posted!
