Both ducks are in downstairs bathroom I disinfected it first so I know there safe.

This is what I would do too.Pluck or trim all the feathers around the wound so you can see what you’re working with.
Since you’re going to the store, pick up some betadine, saline solution, medical honey gel (if they have it), and antibiotic ointment without pain reliever.
If you’re going to a feed store and don’t already have it, I would also pick up some nutridrench to help perk her up.
Clean the wound thoroughly with betadine (really work it in there) and flush well with saline. Pluck and trim feathers along the way to create a margin around the wound so no feathers are sticking to it and you have a clear view. Slather on some of that honey or ointment and repost a picture.
She’s most likely in shock and would benefit from a dark quiet area, like a covered dog kennel inside. Try not to beat yourself up too much, these things happen.
