Amoxicillin is routinely given for animal bites but not necessarily needed if the animal isn’t immunocompromised. I’ve seen doxycycline and baytril given for deeper infections when first round didn’t cut it, but that was in an already sick animal.@Tesumph, what types of drugs are prescribed for dog bites?

I would not use the one on the left. Both are small bottles, so you might be better off making your own.Here
Never done it but I don’t see why not. Saline should be used primarily for flushing, honestly if you clean the wound properly then water could work just fine.. IMHO.I think you can make your own saline with table salt and distilled water. @Tesumph, what do you think about that?
