Is she awake and alert? Can you give her some Poultry NutriDrench into her beak or some electrolytes orally by holding a cup up to her beak? I would wait a bit and see how she does. It is up to you of course. Can you tell if her crop is open?

I will give her NutriDrench. Yes, she is awake and alert, as far as I can tell. i will probably wait it out. I will try and get a better view of her crop in a minute... She is a gonner. When she takes a drink of water it comes out the opening. So whichever organ the water goes down is cut in half.If you have a spray bottle, you can spray the wound with some disinfectant or the saline water. Of course, if you get any supplies from the feed store, I would pick up some Poultry NutriDrench, possible some wound spray or Vetericyn, and you can get Triple Antibiotic Ointment in a drug store.
I would try to see if her crop is open, or if the skin around it was just wounded. That will be important. The crop is just a bladder like sack, and there probably is some feed and water in there if she ate some this morning. If it is not bit open, that is a great thing, and she should survive that. Of course if she was squeezed or injured internally, she could have other problems.
Thanks for all the help! It was good to figure out the problem, and it would have taken me longer without your advice. Thanks. That seems a little complex for someone who has never killed a chicken before, (which would be me) so I'm thinking an axe and wood block or shooting it. I don't have a wood block or chainsaw though, so a friend would have to help. There are many videos of how to humanely euthanize a chicken. Here is link about cervical dislocation:
