We appear past need for no trespassing order per officer I spoke with. Catch them again and we can have law enforcement do more than issue warning. This is possible because of prior records that I and the neighbors themselves have established. Now must fix time stamp issue on cameras.

Do you have no trespassing signs posted? Or purple spray paint. That would be a good idea if you haven't already done it.
I was advised by law inforcement before to have it posted when I had an issue with neighbors trespassing. It just gives you a little more evidence to back up that you've done everything you can on your part.

Have you shot any of the dogs yet (I didn't read the whole thread)? Around here we usually issue one warning (if they did not do any damage, if they did then it is game over) and after that is is SSS.
P.S. I am sure you have heard about thirty peoples way of doing things, but just thought I should add:D

Just the first male husky, I think. He's really tried to not have to do that

Maybe it can make them think even harder about limited options to retrieve dogs when they get out. If they realize they can get into legal issues simply retrieving dogs, they will invest more in keeping the dogs from getting on my property by whatever means. So far I have been doing most of the investing and having law people check on me when I act or appear to.
One or more game Cameras around the barn and home would be a wise investment at this point (Requires an SD card and 8 AA batteries) This ones like mine (newer model) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09H4ZVFDM/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_14Q6AJAW2S2GZMZR54TJ

I'm in favor of you containing any dogs that come on your property and turning them over to law enforcement because neighbor can't come on your property to retrieve without trespassing. If neighbor has to pay a fine to get his dogs back, that's hitting him where it hurts, in the pocketbook. Also, it keeps you from having an unpleasant confrontation with the neighbor, eliminating all that drama. Put them out of sight, in the barn maybe? I don't know if any of your livestock are pregnant at the moment but I know stress can cause sheep to abort.
