Dog thread!🐾

I understand that but thete are plenty of ways to let first responders know that someone needs to be contacted for the dog.
And its not that im against dogs being in stores. But having medical problems myself and eventually ill be training a service dog for detection and deep pressure therapy, one non well behaved service dog really ruins it for others.
Most service dogs are trained to do their business on command, this way they dont have accidents.

Exactly my point. Other than I didn't know you had medical problems.

Went to the vet today for an annual exam and Dorie was diagnosed with glaucoma. It's in one eye now but we will be treating both her eyes with eye drops to slow the progression. She's not a young dog anymore... :(
Her only symptom that I can see so far is watery eyes. She's had relatively clean eyes her whole life until a few months ago when I noticed tear staining which is very unusual for her. I'm glad I mentioned it to the vet.
