Doggy questions to get the thread going

-do you do any dog sports or want to do any? - I don't currently do any sports, but I would love to try IGP!

-do you show dogs? - I don't, my dog is just a family pet.

-whats your favourite breed/what breed do you want to get? - My favorite dog breeds are 1. Working Line German Shepherds, and 2. Dobermans. I currently have a GSD and I plan on getting another, more intense one that I can do protection work with.

-introduce your dogs - I have a 2yo GSD named Ranger (he's my profile pic) that I have trained fully off-leash using the e-collar to give him the freedom that he loves. He is a big snuggle bug and loves to join me on adventures, whether it's going to Home Depot or on an awesome hike! At home, he loves to sleep next to me (like he is right now), while I do work on my phone or laptop.

Awesome! I know how scary it is when your dog chokes on their food. My Boston was free fed before I adopted her and she started inhaling her food when I switched her to multiple meals a day. Makes me so glad slow feeder bowls exist!

I can definitely understand why she'd start sucking it up!
If I free fred him his allotted amount, he would probably eat it all in one sitting, haha. I'm not sure how his litter was fed, but I think he inhales it because he was used to competition.

For fast eaters, in a pinch you can drop a soup can (or similar) into their bowl. Full of course. No sharp edges. They'll have to push it around to get at their kibble.
It doesn't work as one of those maze type bowls, but it will slow them down some.

We did that sort of thing with our first dog. Worked alright, but she quickly learned how to just remove everything.

Trueeeeeeee!!!!! But I went back and checked and they were just copying the questions from the very first post of this thread and answering them. Which I had forgotten about lmaooooo but yes, there are lots of separate threads now! Mostly started by me

Walked Brew this morning and just walked him again. Just got back from the second walk and then the neighbors dog was out and he wanted to play so I brought him in quick l, took his walking gear off (martingale collar and leash), and put his e collar on and let him back out and he got major ZOOMIES and then wanted to play ball for a couple of throws lmaooooo so we did that. We are both tired now
