Dog thread!🐾

Lots to catch up on again.
You have to pay before you can leave you cant just add it to a bill, so i dont understand why.
I'm pretty sure lots of clinics do this and there is a reason. People not paying their bills greatly affects the business (and some people don't), it's not beneficial to, what is essentially, give free service.
My clinic only allows people who have a good history, or I think sign a promise to pay thing, to not pay at the time of service. That's a fairly recent thing too.

Misty has had a kennel cough vaccine years ago but does not now, Winnie has never.
Our dogs don't board but even with attending a couple shows I've never had a dog with kennel cough (I'm still aware it's a risk though). I would never not do Parvo cause that is nasty! 😬

We always pay upfront anyways for the 8 plus years we have used them. But when it comes to big procedures like our neighbor had on their puppy before it passed. They found it very hard to come up with $5000 at the time. Even though their pup died at the vet clinic overnight.

I will always give parvo vaccines to that illness is bad.
