Yeah but APBT are banned too and Dogos and a few other breeds so mutts that look like actual APBTs will get put down too.

Not too sure about the stipulations of the pit bull ban. Either way, that would've already happened, since the pit bull terrier ban has been in place for many years. The XLBully ban has nothing to do with the dogs that look like American Pit Bull Terriers, because they'd be put down regardless

Yes, but dogs are going to get put down under the guise of them looking like XLBullies, not pit bulls. It doesn't serve them to call the dogs pit bulls, since they can call them bullies and get the job done. With the ban, almost anyone in the UK has become familiar with what an XLBully looks like anyways, so there's no point in bringing back the pit bull card

Xl bully are not being put down! They will have to be muzzled when in public, on a leash, spayed/castrated and you won’t be able to rehome or sell them

I got lost with what Dwag’s concern was

there are a lot of bully mixes that get put down because they are considered pit bull, unfortunately I think its a issue thats been going on for a long time now

which is why the xl ban being so vague is very worrying
