Yeah true. Wasn’t saying it wasn’t. Just that they could probably tighten a lot more than they think

If you don’t want furniture or walls they would be fine with only 20-30 minutes exercises

I DO want furniture, and preferably walls, but I CAN do 45 to 60 minutes MAX exercises

Would the previous owners trying to teach a dog bitework and protection but didn't know what they were doing and with a dog without the proper temperament for it cause the dog to freak out when they see a person in a big bulky coat that could resemble a bite work jacket?

maybe she could just be scared of it for no real reason as well. Could she be just getting extremely excited because she might be able to bite it?

She doesn't try to bite it but whenever she sees anyone put on a bulky coat and especially my dad she starts barking like mad, I don't thinks she's excited, the body language is more defensive/nervous.

It's possible, but it could also just have been someone who wore a large jacket scared her. Dogs, not just rescues, reacting like that to certain clothing and people is very common. My first Boston bit someone jumping while wearing a backpack. Luna currently barks like crazy if someone is carrying something large. But I know Luna can very easily become scared of little things (like USB cables touching her) so we can't assume someone did something absolutely horrible to her in the past.
