Dog thread!🐾

But i know everyone has their own perspective and teaching habits that they do and believe in
Exactly. Find what works for you. I don't think anyone is hitting their dogs or abusing them in any way. Each dog needs something different out of us people and we all need to find what works. My dogs are my life. We are like one unit. We are a pack. My husband finds it funny I walk around our property with a pack of dogs all around me. He always knows where to find me.

Anyone have any dog food recommendations?
Denver is being picky again and im tired of switching and finding foods that upset her stomach.
We brought her home with pure balance puppy from the breeder, she jad 3 weeks of diarrhea before we switched her food. So we switched it to Diamond Naturals she stopped eating it at around 10 months and then got diarrhea again. She has heartwormer once a month . And dewormer every few months as vet reccomends.
After Diamond Naturals the vet said to try PPP this didnt go well once again diarrhea and she actually threw up her food. Then the vet said to go to Taste of the wild Denver has been it since a little over a year. And once again she isnt eating right, the vet doesnt know whats wrong. They did test, and told us to find a food that is good and try until we find something that she will eat and doesnt make her sick
But ive tried so many different foods and i cant afford a raw diet.
Any suggestions
I feed most of mine dog chow. I had troubles with PPP. A couple eat Purina one weight management. Everyone has good digestion and good stools. The only time we have digestive upsets is when one is having a flare up of their lymes. I used to swear I would never feed Dog Chow, but I've been proved wrong. Mine have done the best on it and I have tried many foods over the years.

Any tips to train this piranha not to bite pants and shoes?
Our neighbors fosters dogs, and says yo pull his ear but he moves too quickly.

I would make them aware of the pain they are causing. A very sudden "ouch" will get a puppy to pause. They should know what is appropriate to pull and tug and what is not. They get positive affirmations while tugging on their toys and playing tug of war, and a firm, possibly high-pitched "ouch" or "no" whenever they put their mouth on something inappropriate. When you're out in the yard, which is probably where most of that nibbling is going to be exhibited, redirect to the toy. He's a cutie

Our follow us like a pack and they stick together. If you find one pup you find both. I consider them a pack.

Maybe ill try a small bag of dog chow?
Our old dogs could eat it as it caused diarrhea so ive never fed it to our current pups.

I use the Little Bites currently. The high pro was too rich. Otherwise I would probably feed the regular chicken and plan to move to it eventually. I was finding many food were too rich for my dogs. I like the fat to be 14% or less. I'm actually surprised I found something all 7 dogs can eat without problems. Finding an appropriate dog food can be difficult at times.

Finding a dog food can be hard. Ill definitely give it a try, but i wont buy a big bag until i know she will eat it.
