Hopefully you can get it figured out! Definitely rule out medical issues including allergies and pain etc. first.

She is very sweet and usually very gentle. If this behavior escalates we will have to remove her. I'm disabled and can't move fast to intervene if she gets sparky.

I’m sorry hopefully it’s something simple like medical or something especially given it’s new behavior.

With some breeds it can be difficult to keep more than one female. I only have 1 female boxer as it's a breed that often can have same sex, same breed aggression. Since I only keep female dogs I am careful of what breeds I add to my pack. Females in general can be more predisposed to fight for dominance and resources. We humans sometimes create it by favoring one dog over the other, and giving it power.

I've never owned a pit bull so I'm unfamiliar with whether they are prone to female aggression.

Does anyone in here foster dogs? I am thinking of starting a foster dog/cat thread! I have fostered over 15 dogs in the past 4 1/2 yrs! I also just started fostering kittens and I am on litter #2! Lmk If anyone has questions about fostering, as I am happy to share!!

I gave Pepper a bath and blow out with my high velocity dryer and it started a cascade of fluff. My short haired dogs barely shed. Pepper makes up for all of them.

I gave Denver a bath 2 weeks ago. And she shed like crazy after.
Tuckers shedding doesnt add to much but Denvers
