And I bathed him tonight.

He went wild when he saw the different leash and kinda got like pre zoomies LOL but he let me hook him up to it but even then he was jumping on and off the chair, etc. LOL

And he was MUCH more hesitant to enter the bathroom and then to go into the shower this time. He eventually did though lol

I got a treat and that got him into the bathroom and then getting him into the shower, he eventually went LOL

Thanks!!!! And he’s been doing a lot better lately too because previously he probably would have been lunging and wailing and absolutely refusing to budge LOL I think he might have stood of his hind feet maybe once at first, I’m not sure, I can’t remember exactly, but it wasn’t like lunging. It was like curiosity. And he cried a little bit and looked back some but he was willing to move forward.

Great observations! As soon as he is happily moving fwd without any fussing try quickening your step, even run or jog a bit to engage him with you and let him know how fabulous he is for walking away from that other dog. If all the excitement comes through you .. the environment around them soon becomes white noise.

Willows going to be running agility for the first time at a show November 23rd, it'll also be oakleys first show. It's a low profile 4-H "training show", it'll be judged but the judges will also be giving pointers after of how you can improve. I'm very excited

It'll also be my first time in an obedience trial...a bit nervous for that since I usally talk to the dogs a lot.

But the good thing is all the obedience classes and soon cgc classes are focusing on her paying attention in a distraction zone(a busy pet store) so it's helping us a lot and I think she'll do ok. I may have bit off more then I can chew, I entered agility, rally, obedience, and showmanship for both dogs(except Oakley, he's not doing agility of course) but it'll be fun and a good learning experience
