Basically, a saluki was pulled from the owner and the breeder had no idea. Once they learned what was happening, they tried to get the dog back. The shelter refused. Then the breeder contacted the breed rescue to try and get the dog. The shelter once again refused

Yup! In the comments (the rescue posted a video of him saying "will you take me and love me forever" or something like that) most of us were writing that this dog already has a very loving home, and they're just wasting resources instead of helping dogs that are actually in need. The creator turned the comments off

Rescues are important but none except for the breed ones (from the breed club) actually do it right

Yes, rescues are very important. But so many ones are bad, it's just really sad. I'm sorry about your bad experience. And you're right, the breed club rescues are the best ones

No.

I'm late to the party, what breed? I'm terrible with girl names! I just got a 2-yo F Golden named Jenny and I keep calling her Jessie or Penny ... anything but Jenny! She actually looks like a Zoe to me, sigh. Your pup is precious! But please don't name her that, lol!
