So after I had enough of the trainers snide remarks my mother and I talked to the manger/owner/something important of the club, one of the things she told me is that “maybe the class is too difficult for me issues“. I now got a letter which is addressed to me which seems like it was supposed to be addressed to my mother, by how its written. It should be actually written and addressed to me. No apology at all basically saying the issue was with dropped treats messing up the class and they have found a solution, I should skip one week and come again the next . I am going to write them a letter explaining the exactly what the issue is

I wish there where more dog training club options near me (no Greece Fluffy!)

I love the name Aspen that was on our name list but we have younger kids that are always around and they couldnt pronounce it right.
