Took me a couple of tries and I'm not overly techy myself. Lemme see...

At the top there's a tab for Gallery. Click on Your Media, then the upper right on Add Media. A Pop Up menu will appear. Choose at the bottom Create personal album OR Add media to existing album (if you have one set up already). You will then be given the opportunity to upload a file.

To attach the file to your message, once it's uploaded, click on the little camera icon in the message options of your reply and choose the file you uploaded.

Hope that helps. It would be better with visuals, but that's way too much work for me, lol!
