I loveeeeee GSPs lol theoretically. Never actually met one.

They can be very neurotic, and have bad separation anxiety along with being hyper. I used to want one than I realized that wasn't for me.

For one, I don’t like the fur type! It’s almost greasy. Ick.
In my experience they’re whiny, hyper…that boy was a doofus and a half.

Out of the 23 dogs I've owned only 4 were males, so I don't have a lot of experience with males. I probably should have worded it as I have troubles bonding with them. I tend to prefer female critters in general. So it definitely is a personal taste.

A lot of breeds that used for hunting will have more oily coat to repel water. Our hounds were like that.

Hm, I see. I've definitely heard this before. Some people work better with Male energy, others with female energy. I don't think it's that profound in my case, but I think I work better with male energy

That can be diet related or not bathed enough. And Brew can be whiney as heck so I have experience with that it kind of annoys me but I’m used to it now lol hyper would probably annoy me. Brew can chill in the house. I love doofuses though lol the sillier the better
