Dog thread!🐾

Oof. I've tried a bunch. Some of the most memorable ones have been a vanilla flavour one that was vet recommended, a peanut butter one that worked the first time, but not any other time after that, and a chicken one. Haven't tried a nylabone so far
It seems to be the most tolerated here. It comes in peanut butter flavor too. It did remove some tarter that was on my one dogs teeth over the course of a few months so she no longer needed a dental. They have a spray, but that was a huge no go here. That they ran from. I thought that would be easier but it definitely wasn't.

I might need to try the spray. It's too hard to brush his teeth, and the worst part is that I never seem to get to the problematic teeth

Otherwise dentals every year or two. Taking care of their teeth can help to lengthen their lives. All that bacteria can cause heart and kidney damage, and bad teeth just plain hurt. We all do what we can. Some dogs just can't or won't cooperate.
