AwwwwwwwwExactly my thoughts. I have two, mainly because my first kept bonding with friends' dogs and when she wouldn't see them for a while she would vomit and have loose tummy episodes. It was great taking her everwhere with me. She even went to my son's wedding and was hardly noticed. She was also cheaper to feed, easier to train and had much less impact on the car, house and garden compared to the second one.
The best bits: she loves and dotes on him like a mother hen. She puts him in his place and when he doesn't come when called, she will flush him out of the bushland areas he loves sneaking off in to to find nasty stuff to roll in. She's as quick as whip and he's as slow as a month of wet Sundays lol.

Hodge and Edi - him resisting the beef on his paw was a huge moment for the gourmet eat-a-holic lol
I do have a much stronger bond with willow then with Oakley but I think our bond will come with time. I prefer having more then one because they can play together and be with eachother when I'm not home. But I prioritize spending alone time with both the dogs. Sometimes I take just one if them, sometimes I take both. I try to equal my time with both
Thatās how it should be!!!!X2
I have a stronger bond with Tucker. But i prioritize seperate times

Thatās understandable! I feel that way about Brewster lolI'm probably a little...or a lot...too attached to willow. She's so so important to me and always my first thought when I go somewhere is can I bring willow. I honestly do not think I can ever live another dog like I love willow, ever. She's far more then a dog for me. I love Oakley but I don't think I'll ever love him or another dog like I do willow

Isn't having a bond with a dog like that just incredible? I didn't have that until I got my first Boston.I'm probably a little...or a lot...too attached to willow. It really is, I never thought I would...wasn't much of a dog person before I got willow but since then she's made me realize there's so much more to dogs then I thoughtI'm like most of you. I don't have enough energy to give more than a few dogs the human attention they (usually) want and need. Certain dogs prefer humans over dogs and my Boston is one of them (so was my first Boston). I feel like getting a second Boston now will spoil my strong bond with Dorie. But I also like to have at least one other dog of a different breed so they can keep each other company AND I can do different activities with each of them.

YESSS! People who are not dog people just haven't found the right dog.It really is, I never thought I would...wasn't much of a dog person before I got willow but since then she's made me realize there's so much more to dogs then I thought
