Have you tried feeding him to his energy requirements with allowance for the additional food? Like actually calculating his daily calorie requirements?

This is way more accurate. Tucker would be thin to the bones if i followed the bag and Denver would be way overweight.

Also a fit dog with muscle will have more weight. Just saying. Ive been really working with Denver on muscle groups exercises for a few wreks. Specifically to hopefully strengthen her joints to prevent early bone/joint issues. And she has gained muscle vs fat. I just noticed earlier well stacking her, that she has gained muscle. Which is good.

You can never have too much information so yeah maybe just a combination of everything. I still don’t think he’s too fat but maybe just some changes to keep him from gaining more

Thanks and yeah, probably. And thanks! Yeah, I’ll do that. But I also haven’t gotten recent pics of him in a while. He’s got zero tuck, zero waist from above, kind of hard to feel his ribs, etc. His belly hangs

Oh yeah for sure. That’s why I don’t follow the bag anymore. It says like 3-4 cups or something. He’d be extremely obese LOL

I get it! It’s better for their health to be at the ideal weight so I’d be wanting him to loose weight too, or at least not gain any more.
