For many years Dominique "Dominicker" chickens "Pilgrim Fowl" were on almost every farm in America. It is the oldest American breed of chicken. Many people confuse the Dominique with the Barred Plymouth Rock, but the Dominique has a rose comb and the Barred Plymouth Rock is larger and has a single comb.

Tell the Dominicker hens to look out for the Shanghai rooster. Here is a song if you have not heard it.

I have 2 Dominique hens but I don’t have and pictures of them.
