Yes that is the only one of the group that is a dominique.

Gonna be super upset if my Harriet is a Harry. I only ordered 8 female and 1 male and got 2 males and 7 for sure females, with the dominique in question to total 10. Sigh.

Ok. I can’t really see them.
But I looove Dominiques, so it’s possible I’m just in denial.
They’re such sweet, beautiful birds.

Yea, I know what you're pointing to. I've tried to part feathers to see if I see any hackles, but haven't for sure seen any I could identify. But the ones near the tail are concerning. I just don't really know what to expect with the comb and wattles for a dominique.
