Dominique Thread!

I read through this thread and never did figure out whether Doms are slower growing than other breeds or not. Or did it depend on the line?

What makes the Dom's stand out from other breeds for you? What are their qualities and their faults, and not necessarily type?

Just got back from the Twin Tier Poultry Club show in Bath, NY. I had Reserve American on a Dominique pullet. It's the first time anyone there ever remembers seeing a Dominique on Champion Row.
I've been breeding them for 4 years. This was the first time I've shown them.
