I changed the big fat zero because you said you were going on a mission last night to hunt for your... You said that was going to be your extra.
Was it not a workout to go look for her?
I have no problem changing it right back to a big fat zero.
Actually, whatevs, I did look for her last night too. I feel like I've been cheating though, my extras don't really feel like extras. I need to get on the floor with these actual videos before I'll feel like I'm doing anything 'extra'... give me 0's till I get a real workout in.
 
I cheated today and ate a big burger with all the stuffs on it, tomato, onion, peppers, catsup, cheese, some pickle slices and yes, garlic.

It'll take a week to exercise this down again but you gotta reward yourself sometimes right? I mean diet's are one thing, getting in shape is a good thing but once in a while, ya gotta say, i deserve THIS for accomplishing THAT !!

Back to the weight side of it, it's interesting but I find, at least with me, when i eat a ton of crap like that, a LOT of carbs, it seems I retain just as much water weight as food weight too until I burn it all down again. Ex, I eat 2.5 Lbs of carb food, and a bit thirsty, ill end up at about 3.5 lbs or so overall weight gain, because the water you drink, stays with you too it seems. Even cashing in the turds the next day or three, you still hold that water for a bit it seems.

On program for 2 weeks, hit your weight goal, celebrate, take another week and a half to get BACK where you were before celebration, then another 2 or 3 weeks to hit the next milestone. Hell why not? life ain't worth living if you don't sin once in a while :D
