And y'all will be sore. It's a good kind of sore though. You will be able to tell the difference between work out sore and injury sore. Give your muscles time to rest between workouts. Don't do arms today then shoulders tomorrow. Switch it up and do legs in between, then a rest day
 
I really think we should also do inner thigh workouts too, lots of women struggle with that area. I've found some great exercises online, not too strenuous and it's a great muscle to tone for beginners.
A great inner thigh workout is goblet squats. Also known as sumo squats
