Squats can actually damage your pelvic floor, along with Deads. My doctor does not like my lifting routine. But he mostly sees women who haul bails of hay without thinking about the long term consequences. Kegels strengthen the pelvic floor. I'm in physical therapy for that right now. :(
My best friend did a lot of PT for her pelvic floor too.

My favorite thing to do is to pick one really nice treat that you can have every day and maybe modify it a little bit. For me it's coffee, I used to not drink it but I changed that once I went on keto. I sweeten it with half a teaspoon of apple sugar (equal to one tsp regular sugar) and a little bit of hazelnut syrup, also I add in a lot of fresh goat milk cream. It's so satisfying, I don't feel deprived anymore and it's not gonna kill me to have a coffee. I also drink the organic stuff cuz the non organic stuff is terrible for ya.
