I did different exercises to the ones on there.

I forgot to post my breakfast this morning!!!! I finally tried the stuff you sent me @Kiki !!!!! It was pretty good!!!!

No. You will not be 2 days behind. You will do 2 day's worth of workouts today which means you will be caught up.
