Alas, I cannnot do that shadaronga Conan pose thingy. I have costochondrotis( I know I spelled that wrong) Anyways, it's an inflammation in the tendons and ligaments that connect the rib cage to the sternum. When it acts up, I feel like I'm having a heart attack and I can barely breathe. So, I modify my planks and burpees. And no Conan pose
