I'm seven pounds down y'all!!

I didn't do too much in the line of exercising today but I did pick over 100 pounds of squash plus pull vines and pile them. By that time my allergies were sitting on my head so I headed inside, took a benedryl and zonked out after lunch for almost 2 hours. My allergies are still unpleasant but nothing wearing a mask while I'm outside won't cure.

I'll try to do a walk tomorrow along with mowing some lawn to make up for it.
