Part of high blood sugar is dehydration. Also part of the equation is needing to urinate shortly after drinking water. It is a vicious cycle but you need the water constantly moving through your body. Once the sugar levels are down to where they belong the water won't move through your body quite so fast.Hmm interesting! It’s weird though because when I do eat I feel better usually (though not always) so I wouldn’t think it would be that necessarily but then maybe food has moisture in it. I do think I’m dehydrated though despite trying not to be now because I often forget to drink for hours and hours stillit’s weird because some days I’ll drink tons and then others I will barely drink at all and forget to until my lips and stuff are dry. So therefore I doubt it balances out. I’m like constantly thirsty and/or peeing too

Fitbit has both a food and water tracker. You have to enter the information manually through the app or online.Or actually I think the Fitbit has a water tracker thingy.
Chugging is a no no. Drink it normally only very frequently. You should chug more like two liters.
I take alcohol as if it is medicine. One ounce of alcohol daily. Never any more than one drink daily. Alcohol does lower blood sugar but can interfere with other medicines that help to control blood sugar. My blood sugar has stayed under control since I started treating alcohol as a medicine.Unfortunately alcohol doesn’t count the same![]()
Thanks! That’s good to know! That’s definitely part of my problem is I hate drinking it because I pee it out too seconds later and it hurts when it’s really fullPart of high blood sugar is dehydration.
