Same. I have a hard time making the changes and getting started, but once I get going it's hard to stop me🤪

It does not balance out.
Do must drink water every single day.

You should chug more like two liters.
Yeah I gotta work on that hah
What did you do today?
Did you do anything different today?
Dog sat 🤣 and I did 😁
Half your body weight in oz or 3L 🤓
Good info thanks

Hmm interesting! It’s weird though because when I do eat I feel better usually (though not always) so I wouldn’t think it would be that necessarily but then maybe food has moisture in it. I do think I’m dehydrated though despite trying not to be now because I often forget to drink for hours and hours still 😬 it’s weird because some days I’ll drink tons and then others I will barely drink at all and forget to until my lips and stuff are dry. So therefore I doubt it balances out. I’m like constantly thirsty and/or peeing too 😭
Part of high blood sugar is dehydration. Also part of the equation is needing to urinate shortly after drinking water. It is a vicious cycle but you need the water constantly moving through your body. Once the sugar levels are down to where they belong the water won't move through your body quite so fast.

The dehydration does lots of really bad things to lots of different parts of your body.

Unfortunately alcohol doesn’t count the same 😭😭😭
I take alcohol as if it is medicine. One ounce of alcohol daily. Never any more than one drink daily. Alcohol does lower blood sugar but can interfere with other medicines that help to control blood sugar. My blood sugar has stayed under control since I started treating alcohol as a medicine.

The way you take alcohol is extremely harmful to your body.

Thanks! That’s good to know! That’s definitely part of my problem is I hate drinking it because I pee it out too seconds later and it hurts when it’s really full 😬😭 but I’ll keep at it and try to get it down to normal. Or maybe drink smaller amounts at a time rather than chugging large amounts? That would probably prevent it from getting painfully full.
