Double Air Sac?

Is this a double air sac?

I’m pretty sure it was laid by our Pekin.

If I were to incubate this egg, would that cause issues?

I've never seen one that separated. @WVduckchick @Pyxis do you think the procedure for re-joining detached air cells would work in this case?

I just candled a few more of her eggs and they all seem to have to two air sacs.

Could it just be the way she lays?

I’ve never noticed this before. I was rinsing them off so we could dye them and I could lightly see a ring so I candled it and, well, here we are...

I think the pointy end is just lighter shell casing. If you have extras, crack one open and check both ends from the inside.
