That's awesome! I've heard of double yokers, but never thought that healthy chicks could actually be produced with no deformities or something. I agree with everyone else....PICS! PICS!
 
where is Pax? Why was it only a post about a double yolker hatching and no other updates or details? I'm thinking (despite my hoping...) its only 1 chick too, since there haven't been any new updates or pics...too bad. I've wanted to read about successes with double yolkers too.

If a double yolk egg hatched, you could very easily have two different colored chicks. They could even be from different fathers. Because each yolk is technically a different fertilized zygote/egg.

I would like a comformation of two chicks or one. This is quite interesting. Pictures would be neat as well.

I candled mine today and it doesn't look good. No movement so once again not a happy ending.
