Double yoke?

Got this egg from my pekin yesterday and it seems to be a double yoke but like the two yikes are combined. Anyone know what this is?

It looks like two yolks that tried to fuse together or something. Interesting egg, I haven’t seen a double yolker like that before!

I had a few like that when my pekin started laying. It was almost like the yolks were attached or fused; I couldn't get them apart without popping them. She has since stopped laying those. Now we just get big normal eggs from her.
