How exciting! I was disappointed when the double yolker from a hatch of yours didn't make it (Dum & Dee), but now you have another chance for twins! Not asking permission, I know doubles don't usually hatch, just going to post as I go, follow if you like.View attachment 3676988View attachment 3676990these eggs were given to me. I only am setting these 2 doubles. The pics are on day almost 3.
Yolk in fat ends seem excited to develop.
The top egg looks like it had a bit of a crack, not to the naked eye, but in the photo. I did put a tad of nail polish on it. (I am more nail polish-y than waxy.)
Most of the time I do not set eggs with a crack, I try to find cracks in the beginning. If I discover the crack after setting, and developing has started. I put nail polish. But I would not chose to set a crack on day one.
TwoCrows is an old surname I wanted to bring back to life.@gimmie birdies so these are the only eggs you have incubating? Is there any chance they are duck eggs?
@fluffycrow and @TwoCrows , how did you come up with the inspiration to use crow (s) in your profile name?
