Double yolker on day 14

They are telling you right. I would RUSHHHHHHH to your local feed store.

They will soon die if you don't. Remember to treat also non-affected birds. Treat until all symptoms clear up + a few days.

Good luck :) And don't let your parents say you don't know what's going on. My mother thinks the same, but since I end up paying for everything, she deals with it. If you are on this website asking, you KNOW what's going on because hundreds of other people who know what's going on are here, talking to you.
I didn't want to scare her, but yes, RUSH to the feed store or tractor supply .

Sorry. I didn't mean to scare her

Okay, I'm back. I'm afraid the double-yolk chick died last night :( But Angel is looking great. It is hard for me to get anywhere because the pet/farm store closes at 5 and I get home from school at 3:30. I could ask the person I got the silkie eggs from if they have any Corid in the meantime though. Also, I have a chick Grizelda, who has had trouble breathing the past two or three weeks. Is this known as a symptom of cocci? And don't worry about scaring me, I'm not scared of the truth. I have quite enough money to get the medication, that's not a problem, it's just my parents distrust online shopping. It took weeks to convince them to let me get my incubator. I completely cleaned and scrubbed my growing out cop with hot water, and cleaned out my brooder, which I will scrub down tomorrow. Thanks for your input guys!

Sorry. Most times by the time a chick(en) looks sick they are pretty far along already. I do keep Tylan , Corrid, and Sulfadimethoxine at home because those are the things you need the fastest and can't wait for. I've had to rely on them several times and glad I've had them on hand.

I would love to keep Tylan on hand- where do I get it?

Angel and Grizelda look pretty good now, still keeping an eye on them though. I just found out there is a farm store nearby too, so I'll check that out.
