Updating with the post-grill product. It was extremely tender and tasty. One half was plenty of meat for two adults.

Here are a few that were handy. The first two are of either a Legbar, Columbian Rock, or Marans. The last one that is plucked is a Bronze Broad Brested Turkey. I got some better photos of Turkey but am not locating them at the moment. I will do some more digging. I should even have some photos of our African geese and possibly a muscovy.

I would be surprised if many have. The Dominique is meant to be a rather small breed, by the standard. Be interesting to see the results if any have.

My first Cornish rock cross. 4 weeks old 24% starter for 2 weeks then 20% starter/grower till today. Raised in a tractor. Dislocated knee so I culled her early. 2 lb 10.5 oz (1206 grams) dressed weight.

Freedom ranger processed professionally at 12 weeks. I’m not sure if it was a cockerel or pullet... I haven’t weighed the other ones in my freezer. They were kept in a wire tractor type cage and free fed. Weighed just over 4 lbs.

I’m processing 3-5 month old marans, ameracauna and olive Eggers Tuesday.
