Droopy top eyelid

I have a 13 week old Buff Orpington that has developed one droopy top eyelid. There seems to be nothing else wrong that I can see. Is this a concern? Thanks, Amy

I would really appreciate if someone has any suggestions. Now it is starting to swell above the eye that has a droopy lid. Thanks, Amy

Warm compresses and anti-biotic?
I use a rice bag heated in the micro-wave to keep compress hot longer... but be careful that the rice bag isn't TOO hot. ( to make an easy rice bag, quick, fill the end of an old sock with dry rice and tie shut... heat in micro-wave for about a minute.)
