My chicken was found drowning in my horses water bucket. She was barely breathing I brought her inside and started drying her off it’s been like 40 minutes of trying to warm her up she’s still alive but barely and now her wings and feet keep twitching can I do anything else to help her?

Get her warm. Is she twitching or trying to shiver? Use a hairdryer to blow warm air over her body, and a towel to rub with the other hand with her in your lap
Yes she is twitching I have a hair blower on her and a warm towel she’s dry now but still struggling

She's probably going to be active, she's likely confused and scared. Try to just keep raising her body temperature. Put heat under her wings, under her chin, between her legs, and just make sure to keep the heat moving and spreading so she doesn't get burned. It's going to take a long time, and when she starts shivering, it's a good sign

Ok thank you so much!!

Hair dryer is good but also I think of using a heating pad Like hold her with it on her A large heating pad might be big enough to cover her whole body all at once
